About Us

Our Approach

Couples Therapy Melbourne is a private practice in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. We provide specialised counselling for individuals and couples.

We are all accredited Hart Centre relationship therapists who provide easily accessible and high-quality relationship therapy to help you resolve relationship pain, conflict, and disconnection.

We are open-minded and accepting therapists offering therapy to clients from all cultural and racial backgrounds, those in the LGBTI community, and those involved in alternative relationships (e.g. polyamorous relationships).

Our goal is to support you in building a better relationship with yourself and your partner in an open, honest, and collaborative environment.

In addition to our expertise in relationships, we also have specialisation in a range of diverse mental health problems and issues that may be causing problems in your life, such as anxiety, depression, sleep disturbances, trauma, and job and financial stress.

To ensure that you receive the best possible treatment, we keep abreast of current research and advances in individual, relationship, and couples therapy treatment.

We pride ourselves in delivering high quality, evidence-based services so that you can experience meaningful, healthy, and authentic relationships that enhance and enrich your life.

We offer counselling in English, Italian, Polish and German.
